I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, with exceptional service from the staff, particularly Tamara and the reception team, who were incredibly kind and helpful. The quality of food, especially during breakfast and dinner, was fantastic and truly one of the highlights. My room was spacious and comfortable, making it feel like home, while the cleanliness throughout the hotel was impressive. However, the management could improve on being more present in guest interactions, as not every request was handled promptly.
